Getting Started
Start by browsing our carefully selected collection of products. When you see something you like, click the "add to cart" button. This will keep the selected items together in your virtual shopping cart until you are ready to check out. You can review the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "view cart" button. This will take you to a page where you can add or remove items from your shopping cart and continue to the check out page.
Alternative Ordering Option
We have provided alternate options to ordering other than through our secure server. You can forward your order by fax or telephone a customer service representative. Just go to our How To Contact page for further details.
Payment - My Enchanted World is a 'Verified by Visa' site
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. All transactions are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars).
Cheques and Money Orders and Direct Deposits are accepted. Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped same day in most instances.
Delivery Times
Unlike many other websites which may take up to 4 weeks to ship orders, we ship most orders SAME DAY. All orders are shipped via Australia Post parcels, for 2-7 Day delivery to most locations within Australia. For more information please view our Shipping and Delivery Information page.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at My Enchanted World . If you are not satisfied with your products purchased from our online store, please return it to us in it's original condition and packaging, within 10 days, along with the reason for the return and we will gladly exchange or refund. If goods are damaged on delivery please notify us as soon as you take receipt of the product, and we will organise to have it returned and replaced. Be aware however in regards to a refund, we can not refund any shipping charges. Products however that needs to be exchanged due to damaged goods will be re shipped free of charge.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as we receive your order we will send you an email with a detailed Order Summary. During each stage of order processing, we will contact you via email explaining the current status of your order. If you have any enquiries regarding your order, please remember to quote your order number when contacting us.
